D-jet to DCOE 1800 72

The best thing about a classic car in PA is the fact that it is emissions exempt. This leads to all sorts of possibilities performance wise. Right now I have a B20F with no other mods than an E head. It's ok....but the performance bug has nipped me in the butt. With an engine bored out to 2130cc is it worth using the DCOE setup? I'm talking about the DCOE carbs, and not the weber alpha setup. Any insight?
