Diesel solinoid 700 1983

Hi all ! where is the solinoid on the diesel tank or pump ? my engine turns but wont start and the diesel is not comming into the filter ! so it must be the solinoid thats blocking for it ? but I dont know where to locate it ? if possible please mail me a picts of the location perhapse from the maintancecatalog witch I dont have my self !
