They look the same, except all of my cars have seat heater switches in the console (on either side of the E-brake). The part of the console that flanks the E-brake is different, but the design is more or less the same. Basically that console doesn't have seat heater switches. The rest should be the same.

Also, in 90, the seat belts themselves were moved to the side of the seats because of the SRS system. The big hole in the middle was changed to include a little storage box. As far as I can tell, however, the fundamental fit of the console hasn't changed. A 93 console should fit an older model if you take out the storage box.

I don't remember seeing any 86-93 cars without seat heaters, but I'm sure they exist somewhere.
