Tell 'em that you need to burn more rubber than the ole 245 can muster up -- to impress the girls. I had a 244DL in high skool and it would only peel out for a little bit then -- it just went along it's merry way.

Ok - that won't win your parents over, but the turbo is more fun! I ended up with a 1972 Chevelle that could burn rubber all day long, then the day I came home with rear tires with steel belts showing thru, my dad was not too exctied...

Well, I don't know if I helped any, but at least you got somthin' to read.
