ballast resistor location? 200 83'

I am tracing all possible causes for no

spark on my 83 240 DL. The coil is new and

hooked up right, so maybe the connection

with the ballast resistor is bad. The schematic

indicates the coil shares it's load with the

heater fan resisitor.

Is this true and where could I find it?
