Where is rear-window defog relay 700 1990

Trying to fix in-op rear window defogger in 1990 745GL.

1. Fuse is OK

2. Mechanical action of the switch seems OK. Little orange light comes on.

Still, no de-fog.

I checked the 700-series FAQ. I saw a picture there that shows the relay panel layout. There is one marked "rear fog". Not sure if this notation means "rear window defogger" or "rearward facing fog lights", but it doesn't matter: my car has only an open space in that location. No relay there.

QUESTION: anybody know the location of the relay for rear window defogger?

IS THERE a rear window defogger relay ANYWHERE on this car?

QUESTION #2: anybody know how to remove the access cover (plastic) at the rear-most edge of the ceiling? I guess this is where the electrical feeds/connections going into the tailgate are. I don't want to break anything, since all Volvo plastic pieces are at least $30.....

QUESTION #3: anybody know what color wires are involved in the rear de-fog circuitry? I have Bentley for my 244, but nothing for 745....

MANY THANKS and BEST WISHES FOR HAPPY NEW YEAR to all Brickboarders !!

Regards,

Geo in PA
