oxygen sensor 200 92

well the 240 had a bad 02 sensor. this caused the engine to run a bit lean thus increased nox emmissions. replaced turns out it was the original 221,000 miles on it also checked all old paperwork it really never was replaced. it brought the nox emissions down to under 500. so we are now legal in new jersey. is 109.00 too much for the sensor?
