Motor Mount Replacement 200 83

I just bought an '83 242 DL which has an unknown number of miles (odometer out since 50k), but seems to be in very good condition.

It is a 4-speed and when starting off from a stop, I can feel movement in the motor and gearbox (gear shift moves). This strikes me as a motor or gearbox mount problem.

How many mounts does the motor/gearbox rest on? Is there any special trick to replacing them?

I have a Haynes Manual, but it was not helpful for this problem. Is there a better manual available?

Thanks in advance for your help.
