Got it to start, now it smokes, bucks, and doesn't go! 700 89ti

Hey guys,

well i made a few posts about my car not starting, and then i realized my spark pulgs where fouled up, that fixed the starting problem now i have the second part of it.

the car starts fine and then i put it into gear and the second I tap the gas the rpms fluctuate and smoke pours out the exhaust and its really slow. Then i pop the hood unplug the amm and the engine comes does but if i drive it like that the throttle response is sad and its a bit slow. However if i attempt to replug te amm back up the car stalls. I also found a vaccuum hose that comes of the intake manifold which is not connected to anything. Infact on closer insepction you can see that its rubber and its broken once the rubber is connected to a plastic insert hose. I looked oround and couldnt find anything that it connects too. This hose is the second(??) from the top of the mainfold, it goes towards the direction of the firewall. Its fairly short both my manuals do not show such a how. So is this the problem? if its not what is? and what is that hose for?

Thanks guys,

Gene
