Question on motor mounts 200 1985

I've done this job a few times on my '85 using the plywood and jack approach, but was wondering how does a shop change out the mounts? How is the engine supported?

Also, the mounts that I've been using over the last 4-5 years haven't lasted very long at all. I just replaced both sides about 40K miles ago (parts from IPD) and now the left side (from the front of the car, ergo the side of the engine with the earl filter) is sagging again. B*TCH!! Seems like the original factory mounts on this car did their duty for about 90K miles or so.

I don't really want to crawl under there and do this again...how much would an indy. shop charge? The dealer?

Thanks....
