ignition problems 200 82

Still trying to fix this beast. 82- 240 with the early LH fuel injection and the chrysler "computer controlled ignition". I have ignition in the start mode, but the engine dies in the run mode. The problem is intermittent. Yesterday, I had 12v at t-15 on the coil, but as soon as I tried to start, it went to 2v.

Tracing the circuit with my volt/ohm, I get 2v as far as the firewall side of the gray connector, with connector disconnected. But I get 12v at fuse #11. Whats going on.

I thought it was the ballast resistor, but the car doesnt have one. Or, at least, I cant find one.

Thanks
