Belt Squeal 200 84

Does anyone here bother with belt squeal? I've tried everything and have just come to ignore it - never noticed any problems at the alternator, pump, etc. - just the noise. Do replacement polyurethane bushings work, and if so, how hard are they to install. Any thoughts? Thanks.
