Trade 89 244 for 84 245? 200 84

Bricksters:

I've missed my 83 245 S/W since giving it to my son at college,2 years ago.

I've been driving an 89 244 sedan.125K miles .Replaced AC compressor,timing belt,idler,waperpump,thermostat,ECU($600,ouch!),ICU,brake pads,O2 sensor,cat converter,tailpipe,tranny flush, new radio/tape player,new rear speakers...

Now a neighbor has an 84 245 into which he has sunk lots of $ (new wiring harness at retail, for example)no rust, good condition 110 K miles. Now he is having trouble getting it start and run. I figure it is the AMM.

He wants to trade for my 89 sedan straight out.

What say you, oh wise bricksters?

Gracias, Genaro.
