14" 26 spoke alloy hubcaps 200 1985

I just received my hubcaps which I bought from Robert Haire. Thanks Robert! They were dull from oxidation but a tube of Autosol metal polish and an afternoon of elbow grease fixed that. They are now very shiny.

I installed the caps on the car today. My wheels are the 14" alloy with the 26 or is it 27 spokes. The caps are the type which cover the lug nuts and have a "VOLVO" across the black centers. I noticed that they don't seem to hold themselves to the wheel very securely. Any of you have any ideas on how to affix the hubcaps in a more secure manner? I thought about putting something sticky in the wheel centers before installing the caps but I figured it would give me a hard time if ever I had to remove the wheels, since the caps cover the lug nuts.

Any advice appreciated.
