The first 2 in the number system refers to the series, the second number refers to the number of cylinders and the third number refers to the number of doors (with some exceptions). If it was a turbo the number would be followed by a "T" or the full word "Turbo". So what you were probably looking at was a 245 Turbo wagon ( I am assuming that it was a turbo because of the five spoke mags which were only standard on GT's, GLT's and Turbo sedans and wagons. These are the facts as I understand them if I am wrong I am sure someone will set the record straight! Good hunting.
