Squeaking heater fan motor 700 91

The blower motor on my 91 745 squeaks at the lower speeds. I removed it and oiled the bearing but that didn't solve the problem, although it was quiet for a couple of days.

The motor says Delco, but I can't find a part number.

Has anyone had any luck having the blower motor rebuilt at a shop that works on electric motors? Seems like all it needs is a new bearing.

Or does it just make sense to replace the unit?

Any advice appreciated!

Steve
