ECU problem? 900 95

For about 3 weeks I've had a problem with poor idling at start up. The idle fluctuates and performance is poor for the first few miles of driving then it runs normally. There also seems to be a problem with up shifting during driving that showed up about the same time.

I've cleaned the throttle body and IAC, replaced the intake manifold gasket, and checked every electrical connector I could get to.

I've been getting the following fuel system fault codes intermittantly:

121, 212, 221, 223, 232 and I also got one today that was 411 which I don't see on the code chart. Finally I've noticed that the IAC is vibrating when the key is turned to position 2, if I pull the electrical connector of and reattach it the vibrating stops.

The above symptoms come and go at will.

Could this be a bad ECU or does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks, Bob
