Head Off...opinions wanted. ALL 1967

I pulled the head off of my B20 this evening. The car smoked upon slowing down and slightly at start up. No smoke was seen upon acceleration. Compression figures are 135,105,135,135. Furthermore, slight hissing noises appear to be coming from #2 cylinder when turned over by hand. The head is pulled, and to no surprise, the exhaust valve for #2 looks a whole lot oilier/blacker than the other exh. valves. So...head rebuild to be done.....HOWEVER, there is also a small score mark on that cylinder as well. Perceptible w/ a finger nail. All other bores are fine, no shiny spots.

Should I rebuild the entire motor at this time? or just do the head and wait a while?

thanks
