Re: Seals and mouldings 140-160 1972



The window seals are available from IPD.

The door gaskets are the same as from a volvo 240 (ie a 2dr 140

uses the same door seals as a 2dr 240, a 4dr or estate 140 uses the

same door seals (and doors for that matter) as a 240).

I've gotten the seals from junk yard 240s and they work very well.

They seem to be half an inch too long. Also, the last 240s had seals

that go on the top of the doors as well and these are helpful for

sealing out even more noise. Cheap, too. I usually get a whole car's

worth of seals for 5-10 dollars. The stuff is good enough that the

stuff from the 80s or 90s is still in almost perfect condition.
