Door Hinge Fastener Access 200 1991

Hello Group,

I'd like to replace the lower hinge (the one with the spring that allows the door to remain open--mine's broken)on my 240's driver's side (left front door, bottom hinge). I know the screws securing the hinge to the car are behind the interior moulding. The Hanes manual I have does not go into any detail about removing the interior moulding and/or plastic panel material in order to access the hinge screws. Moreover, the electrical fuse panel is in the same vicinity, which bugs me a little, too. Can someone explain the general steps to "clear the way" so the hinge screws can be accessed and removed?

Thank You
