I love my sweet little 79 242D volvo but she is giving me fits like all the women in my life tend to do at one time or another. I dont have a gauge to test my fuel injection so I took an old fuel filter and put a 100# gauge in it to try and check my fuel pump pressure. Oh but the gauge peged out and leaked so I stoped that little test. I have convinced myself from all the symptoms that the fuel pump check valve is leaking by. Is this check repairable and are parts available for this unit? You guys help me with this baby and I got questions about my wifes 85 240.
