HP stages 700 1988

I would like to add horsepower to my 1988 760tic sedan. I wonder if anybody has resonably accurate figure for HP increases resulting from upgrades. For example

Stock motor 160? hp

boost increase to 10psi + xhp

add three inch cat back exhaust +xx hp

add K+N element, cam, etc, etc.

I want to turn the tic into a sleeper while not spending much more than $1500.00 on engine mods.
