Rear Sway Bar Too Thick? 200 90

Have chance to get fwd/aft sway bars off 240 GLT (w/lowered suspension). Bars are 25mm both fwd and aft. Convention would call for 25mm fwd and 22mm aft. Does the aft sway bar have too much rotational stiffness? Is this enough of a detriment in the front end handling? These would be for somenone I know who is just ordinary driver, with an occasional "pushing it into the cornering" fling every now and then.
