Turbo-ifying a Post 85 Volvo? GL Wheels-hidden parts? 200 1982DL

Does anyone do this?

Has anyone done this?

And if so, other than freak excitement, why?

I'd think it'd be cool to have a 1993 Intercoolerized Turboified 245.

All of the technology, ABS brakes, etc. etc.....

Ehh?

Also, I was at the junkyard and noticed some of the nice GL spoked wheels off of a 264. I was thinking about replacing my rusty DL wheels with those ones. At $6 a piece, is it worth it? Will I have to buy extra pieces when I finally get new tires or pay to have them mounted? They didn't have any of the caps that said "VOLVO" on the end.
