engine wiring harness and NOW WHAT? 700 1987

𖙜t~115k] Over the last year or so it's had the stall & die problem.Like every other one has! Replaced all the obvious things, and then decided it was the engine wiring harness. The car has sat for a month with out running, due to the weather[no garage]& didn't trust it. It has always started & run great[except for the occassional stalling problem].Instead of replacing the harness, I rubber/plastic coated all the bare wires until I could do it right. All the wires have a nice thick coating and it turned out better than expected. Hooked the battery up and it started imediately. After 3min. it began to load up, run rich, smoke[blue] like a freight train! After turing it off I noticed it's blowing oil out the oil filler cap and the valve cover was soaked !Almost like it's not breathing at all. Somthing has built a nest in the air box, or the wiring harness wasn't my problem in the first place! Somehow it's pulling oil into the intake. NOW WHAT ????
