The RIGHT to know 200 1989

So does anyone know about what the Laws are concerning "when a dealer sells a used car" and does not inform the buyer that it has been wrecked?

I am the 3rd owner of my 89 volvo... The previous owner was never made aware of the car "possibly" being in a wreck at one time.

The repair records go back as far as 90. But no records of it being wrecked.

What is the Deal????

My only concern is that the paint is starting to show that it does not match..
