'91 745 / bizarre loud noise behind dash 65+mph HELP! 700 91

My car makes a loud buzzing noise behind dash 60-65 mph and up.

Intermittent, but lasts several days when occurs. Sound can be described

like balloon releasing air but LOUD ! at first noise sounds like behind

glovebox but 70-75mph shifts to behind center console / behind radio.

have adjusted all heater controls - no change. have dropped out of drive into neutral and rpms drop off - no change. coasting in neutral - noise still keeps until 60mph ?

I have no explanation, any similar experiences ?
