Engine mounts 700 87

I'm sure this should be an easy question for all you experienced 700 owners. I purchased an '87 740T project with a manual trans. and 140k miles that has multiple problems and one of them appears to be bad engine mounts. The cooling fan is contacting the lower part of the fan housing and the oil pan appears to be resting on a rubber pad on the frame crossmember. My research idicates that Volvo installed hydraulic mounts on the newer 740's starting sometime in '87. The local parts stores all say my car has the older solid mounts, but considering the amount of collapse in my mounts I find it hard to believe they are the solid type. (I wouldn't mind though since these are so cheap!) Since they don't carry these mounts in stock I will need to special order them and wan't to make sure I am ordering the correct parts. Can anyone tell me which mounts my car has, or tell me how to identify the two types?
