Windshield washer pump 700 1989

Need help !!!!!!

I keep blowing the fuse ( I have the correct amp fuse as per manual; 25 amps) for the wipers and wiper washer pump in my 740 GLE when I activate the windshield washer pump.

I have replace the washer pump, wiper motor and wiper on/off switch located at the stering wheel to no avail which let's me to believe that my problem is wiring.

If I disconnect the washer pump I will not blow the fuse; when I connect it it will blow fuse even with new washer pump. Also my wipers wont park.

Any suggestions?
