How to replace relay(central lock)? 700 90

Is it a case of unplug and replace?Steve Ringlee suggested it's either the central lock switch or relay.In this freezing weather,I can just about manage the relay replacement if it's only unplug and replace.Otherwise it 's dealer time(exorbitant but they've got heated garage,which I dont)

Approx.how much does a relay cost?
