fuel pump ? about check valve 200 82

i just recieved my bosch fuel pump form partsbin.com, and i noticed that the check valve has holes on it showing a spring inside. my question is does the fitting on the line connecting the accumulator to the pump supposed to cover past the threads on the check valve. i have turbo pump on a regular 245. so i do not know if the person who did this also swapped out fuel lines in the process. the turbo fuel pump i know has a different check valve. thanks will
