help with some opinions/estimates 200 1983 245 DL

OK-

my S70 T5 has now been joined by the car of my dreams. A 245. Just like I have been dreaming of.

Unfortunately, its a 1983, from the east coast. Rust bucket.

Could some of those more experienced with these old fashioned RWD volvos please offer some advice/estimated costs for the following-

1. bad rust on floor board under driver - maybe a cut and weld?

2. rust along lower edge of every door, fender.

3. bad heater blower (ouch, I hear thats tough)

4. AC broken (I guess I don't care so much here in Seattle)

5. questionable wiring

6. leaking transmission (takes a quart now and again)

Thanks in advice for the estimating help.
