Limits for B21A Engine, Ontario Drive Clean 200 '82

If anyone has had there B21A engine tested recently through the Ont. Drive Clean program, could you supply the limits that were posted on your test. I am particularly interested in the C0%. The limit has changed since the program first started two years ago. TIA
