Wrecked 240 200 1984

I have just run across the chance to purchase a 1984 240, which t-boned a truck. The damage is limited to the drivers side fender, the front bumper, The hood, The headlamp assembly, and the inside panel (drivers side) of the engine compartment. How much would it be to get the car back together? The car has 150000 miles on it, and it has 16" 5 spoke rims and a pretty nice stereo (CD player, Subwoofers). I would be interested in doing the work myself. Plus, If I got it, I would also be looking to convert it from AT to a manual. If anyone has encountered bodywork on a 240 lately, or has any ideas or advice, please reply, for the deal will only be available for a short time. I will probably be able to pick up the car for around $500 dollars.

(right now I am driving a 1985 740 GLE)
