Wiring for keyless entry/alarm 200 1990

Installing a keyless entry with help from previous postings. Have the lock actuator installed in driver's door and found the harness to patch in for that. Was wondering if anyone knew where was the best place to patch in for parking lights for visual indication of lock/unlock.

Previous owner obviuosly had an alarm or silmiliar installed as there are quick connects on several of the wires under dash including those for lock/unlock. One is hooked to wire going into turn indicator/blinker relay. Is this the place to patch in for parking lights? And is it negative triggered as locks are?

Any suggestion appreciated as always.
