no fuel on no. 1 injector! 200 75

Whilst chasing down the cause of no power on no 1, I find that there's only an intermittent dribble on this injector (bosch c.i.s.) even at half throttle.

I swapped the injector, checkd line for kinks - both ok - so what gives? what should the plan of attack be now?
