Oil Leaky Leaky 200 1984 GL

My 84 240 GL with a B23F and AW70 is leaking some oil. I changed my oil and filter a couple of days ago (I used to use 10W-30 and a PH16 filter, switched to 20W-50 and the reccomended 7328 Fram filter.) Well, i think it's leaking from the back of the engine. Maybe the rear main seal? I looked under the car and it was dripping off the tranny. Should I switch back to 10W-30? I wasn't leaking this much before, but i was told to switch to 20W-50 because of my mileage (170K) I think it wouldn't be a problem to go back to the 10W-30, cause here in san diego, the weather is startin to warm up again. (never gets below 60 during the day.) What do you think? Thanks
