Turbo Hose Alternatives...Dimension of Hoses too 200 1983

Last Time I checked Volvo OEM turbo hoses from the dealer are expensive...

I was just wondering has anyone used flexible exhuast hose to replace turbo hoses ?

Also, does anyone know where I can get the dimensions (length, diameter) for ALL the turbo hoses for a 240 Turbo Intercooler ?
