An automotive machine shop can measure the bores and determine if the cylinders can be bored oversize, or ir the block is too badly worn for boring. It is cheaper to buy a good used engine than it is to overhaul one. The cost of shipping an engine or an engine block is a consideration. Try to find a wrecking yard near you. If you post where you live, you may get a response about a wrecking yard near you.
