All this about differentials makes me think....... 1800 73

A while ago I swapped out my ES limited slip rear for a normal differential rear due to some crazy noises it was making. Now that i think about it i wish i had not done such a thing. Are the two differentials direct replacements of each other, or are there differences in the housing that would make putting the limited slip into a normal rear impossible.
