Tranny replacement 140-160 73

Okay...after all that on the rear seal thread....

I just found a '73 164 with injection (I like injection...bulletproof but not as cool looking as SUs.) and auto. The tranny is hooped (no forward) but has a good replacement tranny in the trunk. also a replacement leather interior. My beloved 74 164e was problem free and also an auto, so I'm not spooked by this, however...I haven't crawled under one of these in ages, is a tranny swap a tough job on this model? The price is right, about $200 US and close to rust free.
