crankshaft seal and cam seal leaking 700 1989

I just finished rebuilding my B230F engine that had 212,000 miles. I polished the crank and cam seal surfaces in a crank polisher but this didn't prevent the front crank seal and cam seal from leaking. Has anyone out there found a reliable wear sleeve to install? Any other sugestions?

On a diesel powered 1982 244 I replaced the rear crank seal once and the seal I bought from Volvo then was a "hydro-dynamic" type seal. The seal lip wasn't like the typical lip seal in that the seal lip was somewhat flat and the flap that went around the crank had micro-scopic reverse grooves in it to "screw" the oil back toward the crankcase. The seal that came in the after-market gasket kit was a lip type seal. Does anyone know if the Volvo front crank seal for an 89 740 with a B230F engine is of the Hydro-dynamic design? If it is I would go the extra cost since they are a very reliable seal.
