power window help 200 1984

all 4 power windows are bad on my 1984 240.

The drivers window opens but is a pain to close so i dont want to use it. When it did work it was slow - but steady. Now, I dont know. I have the feeling that therea is something worn inside. I havent pulled the panel off yet but Im guessing other people have had similar problems (based on the fact that all 4 windows are questionable).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
