Replacement Floor Panels 140-160 1970

Hi Everyone,

Let me briefly introduce myself. My name is Michael Lloyd and I live

in Charlottesville, Virginia.

I recently acquired a 1970 144S with only 112 K miles. I finally got around to peeking under the black rubber floor mat and found some prety

bad looking rust on the floor pan behind the passenger seat. While testing the extent of the rust I punched through the floorpan when I poked it sharply with fore finger.

I'm pretty devestated at this bit of news. The rest of the car is in real good shape. Does anyone on this list have any experience with replacing floor panels on a 140 series Volvo. So far I have been unable to even find a source for the replacement floor panels to do the job.

Any help or advice that you all could provide would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance!

Michael Lloyd
