Emergency Fuel Shutoff 700 1990

I chipped my brick this morning on the way to work. I think it is only body damage but it wouldn't start after the collision. My friend just got in an accident and said that it might just be the emergency fuel shutoff that was triggered and I could reset it if I knew where it was so I can get some estimates on the repair.
