interesting oil leak 900 1991

maybe somebody here would know something about this little leak i've discovered. on a 91 16V Auto where the tranny bolts to the engine, the bottom bolt on the passenger side has oil leaking from it but not from anywhere else. i tightened it but it did no good. i thought about taking the bolt out and wrapping it in teflon and re installing it but if i took out that bolt would oil come gushing out? would there be any reason for oil to be in behind that plug in the first place? is this a sign of a rear main seal leak? would appreciate any insight and advice!

Chris
