Found a wonderful specimen! 200 85

Found an '85 244Ti M46 metallic blue with only 84,000 indicated miles. Looks brand new inside & out, has black leather interior. 4Sale sign in window, no price, just a phone number.

Is this one of those super rare finds and I should jump on it before somebody else beats me to it...or should I run away as quickly as possible? Looks like a real beauty, and the mileage is super low for an '85, but it's still 16 years old.

Anything to look at in particular on a turbo? What would be a fair price (for negotiation)? Would I be better off looking for a newer (but possibly higher mileage) 740T?

Please advise.
