Thanks for the info guys. I am quite familiar with all the garages mentioned, but I must respectfully decline the use of any of them as $1200+ is far too much to spend on this job, and I know that is the "going" rate among them all. Looks like Steve M. and I may make a go of this. I've got about 20lbs of the factory manuals for this car, and a desire to learn the ins and outs of this repair. Besides, with my ability to toss wrenches across the yard and his ability to catch them before they hit the ground, we just might have a workable arrangement here!
