Adding Amp to aftermarket system 700 1988

Hey fellow Brickboarders,

Does anyone know if the OLD amp (origanal Volvo) wires, will work with a new amp? I mean the wires are there and working, I just dont see rewiring for this amp if the wires are there and just taking up space(there is power to them). Anyone have any ideas? HELP..
