Driveability? 700 1988

For six months the 760 Turbo sat in the garage. ALl the symptoms indciated a fouled throttle body once I got around to a diagnosis. Removed. Cleaned. Reinstalled. Voila! Starts easily. Idles solidly. Most power restored. Still though... when driven it emits a rather loud sounding rumble/grinding/vibration from the passenger side underbody. Almost seems to come from the firewall area. Sound is not there at idle but when revs increase the noise increases. No smoke from exhaust. Would love to resolve this issue then re-register, re-insure, and re-turn this car to the road. Any ideas would be appreciated. Respond or e-mail direct... it's all welcome. Thanks.
